Vicki joined Pilgrims' Friend Society as Scheme Manager at Royd Court in 2010 having previously worked in the gas industry.
During her time in this role, she led the team to win a Gold Award for the EAC National Housing for Older People Awards. In addition, she and the residents worked together to achieve a level 4 in the ‘In Bloom’ Awards.
In Spring 2026, she moved to the role of Housing Operations Manager with Pilgrims' Friend Society, supporting the teams across our housing schemes.
Vicki is married to Nigel and they have two daughters, Abi and Caitlin. They attend Mount Tabor Community Church, Shaw Cross, Dewsbury as a family.
