Friederike joined Pilgrims’ Friend Society in February 2022 after almost 35 years in the NHS. Friederike is a Queen’s Nurse and leads on the development of care and dementia care (The Way We Care). In her role as Operations Manager she oversees and supports our homes and housing schemes.
Friederike is married with two sons. She enjoys walking, cooking, and gardening. Friederike and her husband worship at Widcombe Baptist Church in Bath where they are also involved in home group and children’s ministry.
