Margaret spent 8 years at Pilgrims' Friend Society as Operations Manager and as of 2026 is now Operational Quality Improvement Lead. Prior to this she had 25 years’ experience managing care homes.
As well as supporting our homes with day-to-day management, she is our lead in the electronic systems on care planning and medication management.
Margaret lives in Derbyshire and enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and her church groups as well as being part of Derbyshire Scouting as a cub scout leader.
