Adeola joined Luff House in 2022 as a carer and, through dedication and hard work, progressed to becoming the manager. Working at Luff House has never felt like just a job to Adeola as she is very passionate about caring for people. Her love for caring for older people comes from her personal experience of being the sole carer for her grandmother until she sadly passed away. Supporting our 'family members' (as we call those who live with us) and helping meet their needs gives her a sense of fulfilment every day.
Adeola holds a Master’s degree in Humanities and Theatre Arts, which has helped shape her life, especially with people management. She enjoys meeting new people and learning new things.
She loves spending time by the beach and taking long walks along the seafront, as she lives in Clacton-on-Sea. When not at work, you’ll usually find her at the beach, in the gym, or at home spending time with her goddaughters.
