Susan has worked at Bethany House since 2002, working up from carer to Care Manager. She loves meeting new people and showing people around Bethany House, a home she's proud to work in and is a big part of her life. In the 23 years she has worked at Bethany House she has never not wanted to come to work!
Susan has two grandchildren who she loves spending time with and going on on adventures with. Susan loves to exercise and keep fit, and has run the London marathon four times! She also really enjoys the Lakeland trails and some quite daring outdoor activities including trying out white water rafting, canoeing over the highest aqueduct in the UK, zip line over the Lllechwedd quarry and the forest coaster, the UK’s only alpine coaster.
Susan is a lifelong member of Fulwood Methodist Church and is blessed to be able to look after some church family members at Bethany House.
