Having worked in the Christian sector for numerous years, and most recently at a national family charity, Carwyn joined the team at Koinonia Christian Care Home in Spring 2026. He hopes his knowledge of project and business management will help deliver outcomes that will aid in the important work of helping older people to live their best lives.
Carwyn is married and has three young children.
